School to School Support

One of the significant advantages of being part of a Multi-academy trust lies in the increased opportunities for staff and schools to share good practice, work collaboratively and learn together. This is a cornerstone of the work we do and each school within Endeavour has access to support alongside opportunities to support others. 

Our school improvement team includes two KS1 accredited moderators. The school improvement lead was a school improvement adviser and School improvement partner, working with a wide range of schools across Worcestershire. Having supported primary, first and middle schools in a range of geographical areas she brings this experience and context to the team's work. 

As a result of the high calibre of personnel we can offer, we are proud to be able to support schools outside our Trust as they each go on their own improvement journey. We have a strong track record of successfully supporting schools, leaders, teachers and TAs. 

Our school improvement team can offer a broad range of advice and guidance, including coaching, mentoring and modelling of good practice. We have particular strength in English, maths, SEN and early years. We are also able to offer leadership support for leaders and governors including governor support for headteacher performance management, annual performance review or peer review visits, governor training and ongoing governance support.
