  CFO

  Our CFO has responsibility for overseeing the budgets of our whole Academy and ensuring that resources are allocated to advance the opportunities of our young people.

• Finance Officer

  Our Finance Officer provides support services to ensure the efficient operation of the Academy Trust, liaising with the Central Team and school staff to enable the smooth running of financial administration.

• Emma Povey

  Office Manager

  The Office Manager provides support and guidance to leadership teams across our schools on recruitment of new staff, compliance, policies and procedures as well as absence management, personal development and HR.

• Rachel Jefferies

  Governance Professional

  Overseeing all aspects of governance effectiveness and compliance within the trust, ensuring governance adheres to good practice and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements. Providing guidance and support to the Board of Trustees in fulfilling their duties whilst also clerking for our existing local governing bodies, thereby providing a conduit between the layers of governance within our thriving Trust.

  School Improvement Director

  Our School Improvement Director works closely with the leadership teams across all our schools providing practical guidance and support to improve the standards of education for all our young people.

• Tabatha Kenny

  Family Support Worker

  Our Family Support Worker provides support for parents, carers and children within all of our schools.

• Vickie Dawes

  Operations Manager

  Our Operations Manager provides support and guidance to all our schools on Health and Safety, Estate and Premises, Catering, contract management, statutory compliance, and IT; and has oversight of the implementation and monitoring of Academy wide facilities strategies.

  Our Head Cook leads a team of catering staff who provide meals for all our schools
